I never get anything else Helen, and rarely see a bluey, although my daughter who lives only 100m away (atcf) often has them at her feeders and has had them nesting too. I'm not really complaining, I love my GTs.

Morning All
Everything seems to be going well....
Here's a vid of Tommy bringing food in for the chicks earlier this morning.

Glad all going well with your beauties Beechnut it's such a lovely scene when they are feeding them, tender & caring like all animals with their young. By the way haven't seen one GT in my garden since January or had any visits to my boxes this year -weird?

Things are still going well Elle, both parents feeding regularly with virtually everything but the mini mealworms I have on offer!
I have my usual feeder box, which has been in situ for about 5 weeks, two Scott feeders which went up just after nest building started and two open tobacco tins (old type) screwed to the top of a fence post, but only the open tins are used very infrequently. Still there is a female blackbird that rather fancies the worms from them, so at least they are not being wasted!
Video is of Tommy handing over a feed to Tuppence for a chick, after which she cleans up!

Thanks Sue and Paul, that last video I changed from .mpg to mp4 before uploading to Youtube, the others were flv, which I'd historically used before, even before today, which were acceptable on here!! Is there a limit on file size for the forum (Paul and/or Matt), the one that would not work was 4000KB.

OK Paul and thankyou Elle.
I'll try this one it's an mpg converted to mp4 with a 90% reduction to 4 meg.
Didn't work.
Should I be adding with the icons at the top of the reply page or just typing the URL from Youtube at the end of my posting?

Don't understand what is going wrong for you Beechnut, Maybe its a problem with Youtube itself and the format you are using? Have you tried to see if the video actually plays outside of this site? Just and view it on youtube alone and see if it plays etc? Have you checked the settings to make sure you are setting it to public and not private? Some of my youtube videos are large in size and I haven't had this problem with the new forum so don't believe its a size problem.

OK thanks Paul - I'll look through and try to sort it in the meantime I am trying the old way - it may or may not work. I do have trouble discerning 1 or l, O or 0 on YouTube!

Lets us know Beechnut, I don't know if Matt knows more he's been on these kinda forums before, But as far as I am aware any size youtube video is fine to upload without any problems.

100% youtube problem Beechnut, Just tried to watch video its saying not available and when I click it open just in youtube its still not working. This is normally due to 1 it not uploaded fully yet or its set to private instead of public.

OK Paul thanks - I'm thoroughly p****d off with it at the moment I'll have another look later. I'd rather my birds find the mealworms from the feeders that put longer videos up, although they seem to be getting plenty of insect larvae from the trees and bushes in the garden and over in the field at the bottom of the garden, so I shouldn't really worry.
