I have the wireless camera and transmitter, I am having issues getting a clear image and without lines and interference on my tv screen. The camera us in my bird box and allegedly within the distance.
Any advice please

Sorry Mary, can't really help you. We had the same problem with wireless transmitters so just use hard wired viewing now.

Just another note on this - I'd guess the interference might be from something close by using the same or nearly the same frequency - I had an analogue wireless camera with a receiver box some years ago and it had a label on it saying 2.4GHz, which is the same frequency band as wifi routers use (they also use 5GHz if they're relatively new). So it could be a neighbour's wifi router, or your own wifi router, is operating on a frequency band very close to the one the camera is using. Have you tried changing the channel on the camera and receiver? My old one had a switch on camera and receiver with 4 channels available. Or changing the channel on your wifi router if it's broadcasting on 2.4GHz. Trial and error fiddling with these settings might eventually solve the problem, but it's a long shot!
