Nice quality stream! You must have a good internet connection if you can keep 1080p60 going? I could barely keep up 1080 last year, but we only get 10Mbps up. We are not a million miles from you either, just south of Chichester.

Lucky enough to have full fibre so ~100mbps up.... TBH I just used the standard settings 30FPS would be more than adequate as I think the camera judders at 25FPS sometimes. Its not perfect as for some reason the GPU encoding falls over.... I need to spend a little time fine tuning it. All I notice is that the fascia board need a good clean generally and after the starlings got in two years ago...

Is there any extra light source in that box or is the camera just very good? Glad to see your BT has been 'building' even longer than mine

Hi, no extra light source. The hole is north facing but does get the sun from the west as well, sheltered by the house to the south and east. Camera is just a green feathers standard HD IP camera. I have a feeling it is just limited to 15fps at 1080p and can get a laggy at times.

Nicely setup stream, love the outside view as well - that will be great once the chicks start poking their heads through the hole! And congrats on your first egg.
