ive just checked bluetit box, perfect little bluetit say in the middle of the nest, think he got forgotten, so apart from one loss all went well, now im hoping i will look out for mum and fledging now ive to switch off from looking up at the box,
ps ive just seen jenny wren pop into the box, so its still active, ive no idea what stage she is at, i can only wait and watch

Oh well done Ann, one loss doesn’t seem to bad all things considered. Switching off from looking at the box is a different matter, I still keep looking expecting something to happen . Hopefully you will see the fledglings about and that will distract you. Also you have Jenny wren to watch so that is all good. Sue

hi sue ive cleaned the box out, its so clean inside you wouldn't know its even been used, i think with it down it will be easier to stop looking jenny is busy, she sits on the fence and sings a very happy tune ive only seen one wren so far, so she maybe alone feeding, im not sure i was happy with the result of the bluetits, not seen anything of bluetits yet but hopefully i will in time

well, it appears Jenny may be feeding her chicks she has been busy, seems like she is on her own, he must have another lady somewhere else. normally both parents fed the wren chicks

Ann, this year seems to have rather a lot of one parent families doesn't it - getting a bit like the human race now! Anyway, keep up the good work Jenny Wren to raise your family (however many or few chicks you have).
