Here's a video of some building from today, 19 or 20 clips in total I think, 5 mins long the video. I think she came in with material around 40 plus times this morning, So pretty busy day for her. She's still visiting at moment doing nest wriggles etc, And would you believe it but the other male who got destroyed in a fight other day by my current male is STILL visiting my side box in the front I don't think I'll get a second blue tit nest this year though, My male is bad with anything that comes near any of the boxes front or back! But we will see 1 blue tit nest and my sparrows 2 or 3 broods is good enough for me. Got a few nests happening around the garden this year aswell, Goldfinch, Woodpigeon, Collared dove at moment nest looking best to get a camera over will be the doves. I'll try this when she is sitting on eggs! Anyway here's the video of Tatty busy building!

She's making good progress Paul. She still looks a bit tatty - she is going to look rough as by the time her chicks fledge!

Thai is wonderful Paul! She is definitely working hard & it's nice to know what my Tattyhead was doing inside our nest box all those years ago. Going out now to sit in the garden with a glass of as it's lovely and warm and I feel lazy.

Lovely video Paul. Great that you have so many nesters around the garden. I'm having a day just watching the garden tomorrow as I'm sure the Dunnocks are nesting somewhere. The blackbird nest has gone quiet so I think she may have started laying.

Paul, really pleased Tatty is getting on with it won't be long for you now before you see some eggs. Into April as you say we could all see dramatic change. Woke up here this morning to a frost but lovely sunshine and Flo bringing a few more feathers.

Going to be raining abit over Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Liverpool apparently so guess it will stop her a little. Here's the video anyway any noises in the background in my parrot haha and picture below the video of the nest as of now and how its looking as these videos was from yesterday.

My male is now bringing a second female into one my side view boxes, I am guessing he’s got rid of the other male from the front and paired up with his female. been bringing her in all morning while tatty as been in her box over the back, Hopefully it leads to a nest in one of my side view boxes. I won’t get my hopes up yet until building starts, Atleast I have tatty and the sparrows

A little bit more drama for you to keep an eye on then Paul. Lets hope it progresses further for you it would be nice to have three to watch. Not much happening here today Starlings have stopped visiting much to my displeasure, but it could mean they have chosen and just waiting (wishful thinking) or they have decided box not suitable after all. Flo has taken out all her feathers this morning and brought in some fluff from somewhere instead! Any way if nothing comes of Spike & his girl then I am like you happy with one nest. Catch up soon. Kathy x

Funny thing is Kathy, Tatty knows about the new female. All 3 of them in the back tree together this morning. I have my fingers crossed for a starling nest for you Like you said though atleast you have little Flo x

Diane, I don't think she had much of a choice in the matter! Lets see where it leads now, Tatty shouldn't be long off Egg laying along with the sparrows anyday now, so be good to watch late nest getting built.

These birds are more interesting than any soap, what with romance, suspense, violence, intrigue etc etc. Who needs telly
