Cheers Paul, yes i have a great tit roosting cleaning the box in the morning and doing her woodpecker impressions pecking at the walls floor and ceiling.

Heres my GT settling down for the night, bit worried about the robin hav'nt seen her since about 1.00pm today, i have a sparrowhawk that makes an appearance lately so i just hope nothing has happened to her, i'll probably find out tomorrow morning.

It does does'nt it, i forgot The GT females spend long periods of time away from the nest when its near complete i'm guessing probably feeding themselves up with food and calcium before the egg laying.

Pete, I haven't been in here since early on the 12th, so my sank when I read that Mrs Robin was missing! Phew, the relief when I read your message yesterday & watched the 3 clips of her looking good. As for the hair she found from somewhere, it's probably mine from my hairbrush, which is full everytime I brush it!

I'll send the hair back after they've finished with it, only three short visits today by the robins also only three by the GT's, all gone a bit quiet all of a sudden.

Brilliant Pete, I would love to have a Robin nest, You are very lucky! I tried putting a fair few robin boxes around the garden this year after seeing benn's robin nest last year, Now seeing yours this year shows they do use the boxes sometimes.
