Looks great Ann - now then, is that artificial ivy you've used or living ivy nicked from your real ivy to be replaced with more when it snuffs it?

I love the idea of your robin/wren hanging basket. I hope you get some nesters. I am tempted to try. Maybe a trip to a garden centre is called for😊

It was a wild idea, it just came into my head while I was emptying hanging baskets, no idea if it will work, The robin bush is just over the boundary fence, they are frequent visitors to my garden and have to fly past the hanging nest to their hedge, I will be completely amazed if it is used I have a crock robin kettle with an upside down plastic plant pot filling the whole basket just with the whole of the kettle showing then I covered with holly and ivy

everyone Merry Christmas everyone, make the right decision for your families and stay safe which is so important. We as a family are all staying in our own homes and will just see each other on group chats. We do have a positive to focus on we have a new grandson born on 11th Elijah James. we aren't allowed to visit them, but we will see them via technology. STAY SAFE EVERYONE

Good Morning Well today i thought i would set up my cameras and switch them on. to my amazement, the box on the side of the shed where my wren used a box previously, has got evidence of nesting material in there.dry leaves possibly, something has been using it My sideview box is still very clean, nothing happening hopefully i will be seeing some activity today, fingers crossed
Im still getting interest from a bluets to my new box on the wall near the house
