Small little video of two my hogs visiting lastnight, First 1 minute of the video is a smaller hog, He/she is around 510g and next video is a large hog she is around 860g. Its our female that hibernated in one of our hog boxes over winter weighing over 900g before hibernation.

We have around 5 or 6 back with us now, I have so nice footage of two from the wildlife camera, I must sort it out and put it on here was from the other night. I'm filling the dishes up twice a night now, I have dish of normal cat meat, dish of biscuits and dish of semi moist spike. All need refilling before I go to bed, Normally do this around 2am.

Little video of little and large from the other night, These two are my favourite! Trail camera had 200 plus videos from the last 3 nights busy hogs! Think we've got about 6 regular visitors again at moment judging by videos and sizes etc.

Paul sorry I just seen your question. The male has his bits mid way up his belly, often seen hanging down when seen in profile or when they scratch. Wish my hogs would eat wet food as I have loads! Paul did you get your hogs back from the rescue?

Where did you get your hog house from Paul. I've had nothing in none since I put it out. Its just this one off Ebay Taz - www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hedgehog-Feeder-House-Nest-Box/133036648130Its my largest hog house, Its pretty big inside. I have 3 smaller ones off the same seller aswell so he done me abit of a deal at the time. However all my hog houses are pretty protected from the weather very little rain gets to them if you are planning on having it out in the worse of the weather an house like this would be best for you www.birdfood.co.uk/eco-plate-hedgehog-house its £49.99 with free delivery but if you use code " UKYF20 " You'd get £5 off so it be £44.99 with free delivery, I am thinking about adding this one to my hog house collection over the autumn.

Now have two hedgehogs sleeping in the boxes under the front window, They was asleep in same box lastnight. Took this picture on my wildlife camera when I was getting it in, This morning they are both in different boxes asleep the boxes are right next to eachother though. one's been sleeping there for nearly a week now and this is the other ones first day so lets see if that becomes a regular aswell. Also one using the box down the side of the house, I am not openingthat up though because I think she could have hoglets and will move them on or even kill them if I disturb the nest so not even risking that!

Lovely piccie Paul they both look cute together. Possibly, the new one which turned up is the best friend of the other one, so he begged for a bed for the night? Then the first one told him about the vacant box next door, so no longer having to share, but still close to each other?

This is "hog hotel" under the front window Massive porch overhang over my front window so keeps the boxes dry, I did start off with just the 1 box under the window however during autumn our hog numbers so fly up around 6-8 visiting each night. I am thinking of adding another 2 around the garden before autumn, I have these 3 and one down side of the house so far.

Great pics Paul, I have a regular sleeper, but not many hogs visiting at moment, I think there is lots of natural food for them at this time of year,I still put food and water out though.

Lovely video clip again Paul & if you think they're both male, perhaps they are brothers or just best friends? Either way, I think you ought to name these two e.g. Morecambe & Wise (can't think of two brothers or two best friends from Liverpool, but you'll probably know).
