If you sign in to you DVR on the menu, select the record section Click on parameters Select the camera you want from the pull down menu Click on more settings at bottom Leftish of the screen. It’s in a little box From there you can tick record audio. On this section, you can adjust the record Pre and post record times too I hope that helps

Think you call her Woody That’s what I was thinking, but it’s more of a male name

Thanks Amanda. I'll check the settings tomorrow. I get sound but it's like white noise or wind. I'm going to try another camera tomorrow. I love the live YouTube idea. I have a lovely group in the village following my Bluetits and I was thinking of either creating a link or something for when the action starts. Honestly these little beauties are the things keeping me half sane🤗🐦🐦

No nest not even a solitary piece of grass! Ah okay, you then may need to go into your camera Settings and change the audio to a different type like G.711, try each one to get the best sound.

It could be a April fools joke as she is taking it out now! I’m out of isolation but on unpaid leave due to childcare with the schools closed now

Brilliant Amanda, I'm glad that building as started for you, I expect building will begin for everyone who is still waiting over the weekend into next week or visits will atleast pick up as we go more into April. Hopefully everyone on the forum gets a nest this year and nobody is left out.

There has been a blue tit that has been in and out of the tree bird box for the past few days, lots of nest wriggles. There was a bit of a stand off with the great tits and the blue tits yesterday, they were fighting in the air and then dropped behind the fence, so I couldn’t see what they were doing. The female great tit roosted overnight. The blue tit has brought material in to the tree bird box this lunchtime. The great tit has since been in nest doing nest wriggles, I’m not sure if it noticed the material. Interesting times..... More material was brought in to the garage box this morning. I’m not sure if it is the same pair of blue tits in both boxes

Your tree box sounds like its in the same situation as my box was a couple of weeks back With the GT's and BT's Amanda.

Could be the same BT's amanda, Some years I have had a female bring material into 3 or 4 of my boxes before settling down in the one. But could also be 2 females 1 male, Over the next week or 2 you should know for sure what is going on either way.

I’ve just had a blue tit in my house bird box. I don’t get too many visits to this one. The female was nest wriggling in the garage box
