OOO I am so thrilled ,tonight I switched on the tv to find my little rooster has returned, I look every night and feel so sad to see the box empty, but he has come back home finally, no clue really if it is Molly or Ron but it has made my night. Will see about popping some pics on tomorrow. . On the hog front it is still quiet not at all how it was this time last year, I get one little one visit and sleeps odd time, but no clue where all the others are

Great that you've got a rooster Karen, On the hedgehog front they are probably hibernating now. Rescue confirmed they are going down early this year, One of mines been hibernating in one of my boxes for over 2 weeks now hasn't been out at all. At moment its only the medium sized hogs and small that are visiting my garden, I imagine the medium sized ones will disappear soon aswell for hibernation.

Your probably right Paul, I had lots of males visit all though summer and I know they hibernate earlier, but visits became scant way before, through August, so I feel they may have found another source of food in a garden perhaps. Hopefully they will be back, for now the little one comes and he has it all to himself. So he will be happy. Stay safe Paul, I hear Liverpool is being hit hard.

Yes Liverpool have been hit hard, But judging by the 143 deaths and 17k cases today it won't be long before the full uk are "tier 3" and probably even more stricter things put in place.

We get woodpeckers now and again over the back Karen, The wasteland at back of mine is full of big trees so from time to time they past through in the garden but its not a daily thing thankfully i'd be on edge when nesting season came if it was!
