Okay...well, definitely more relaxed in the UK so!!! I've had a squad car check point outside on my road at least once a day since two weekends ago. And my husband has been stopped minimum twice a day to and from work. (He is in the essential healthcare business) So, the GT is a lady....ok...well, she's seems bonkers. She's at it again for ages this morning...just flapping her wings and moving the same blob of material around and around in circles??? And looking out the hole every few seconds... no real serious nest building. She'd want to get her skates on!!! Lastly, in the past few weeks I have been hearing lots of these in my garden....to my untrained ear I was looking to the skies as I thought it was the swallows arriving....but no sightings but such a similar sound I thought. I've finally pinpointed what the bird call is.....its a Black Cap....we've dozens of them all around the hedge groves making a real clatter - in a nice way...they are so melodic...
