Have you got a Youtube account Taz? If so, then it is really easy to upload your videos to youtube and use the "insert video" feature in a post to link to it - it will show a preview in the post itself. If you want to hose on postimages, then I think you will just need to post a link to it that people click, but we won't be able to view it "in the message" - not that that really matters.
