Honestly, I am really imploring on you not to move a single thing in or on that box - everything is perfect right now - they are happy, they are looking and the quality is really, REALLY impressive (have you seen the state of my videos!!!

You would absolutely kick yourself so bloody hard if they headed off and you'd never know if it was because of their own choice, or a change in the box.
Take it from someone who interfered with their bird box several years ago, and NEVER got a nest since.
