You ever thought about putting a box on your house wall Ann?
Might open it up to a sparrow who has up to 3 broods a year, Apart from my tree box which is used yearly, my most popular boxes are on the house walls right under the eves.
Maybe due being so high up and away from danger I don't know, Just an idea for you.
