GBH, I have a few cats, I know it can be hard keeping them away from Boxes, One of our cats always jumps on the garage to get over the waste land at the back. This is right by the blue tit tree box, The BT's so have a little song and dance if they see him but its never stopped them nesting. What I try and do during breeding season is limit their time out until evening, My cats are pretty lazy anyway so when they do go out its a little visit to the waste land at the back and back in within the hour. Can you not bring spooky in during daytime? then let it back out at dusk? I normally let my cats out around 7pm for hour for little exercise and go on the waste land they normally come back over by 8pm and then in all night / day again. I understand its not a house cat but if its friendly it might be worth trying to keep it indoors during daytime. One of my little guys die last week of heart failure, He was on meds for 18 months, Vets only give him 3 weeks to live because he had cancer plus heart failure but we got 18 months out of him. Sad thing is because of corona I wasn't allowed to go in with him when he got put asleep so that really broke my heart that last person he seen was a vet He always used to watch the birds haha didn't do them no harm but he did check them out when he could. Here he is tigger he was called, but we called him "Big Tig"
