I was terribly anxious yesterday though as there was zero visits at all which is really unusual...I really thought she had been predated. However, at the very last minute just before the real dark, she arrived in to roost.
In another turn of events, and has highlighted the reason why Beaktrix might be staying away, is that I have just caught Spooky the cat up on the roof and I have just filmed her sitting right by Beaktrixs box... with her head right at the box entrance looking in...I'm fuming here.
We tried to do the right thing by this cat, and this what happens. I could kick myself for thinking that it might be different....we were complete idiots. We went against our gut feeling and did everything we said we wouldn't do....all because we couldn't bring ourselves to see her left abandoned.
So, thats the end of my journey with a nest for this year - it obvious that this cat will ruin everything I have worked on for the past year. So deeply disappointed and annoyed at myself.
