This seems a very peculiar year all round Paul - what with the small number of nest boxes being used, others having material in and out (like yours) and mine with a nest built a fortnight ago and only 2 eggs to show for it!
Everything else seems to be put down to Climate Change !! Tommy in Holland (?) seems to be doing alright though.
