Yeah, I found this a bit of a pain with mine. Every time the video stops/restarts, Youtube thinks of it as a different video and it gets a new ID - so your link will still point to the old video, which is no longer the "live" one.

One thing you can do instead is to give a link to your channel - in your case, www.youtube.com/channel/UCv6LBHa2g_ALb2WjP05rnxQ
When you click on the channel, you will see all of your videos, and if there is a live one this will be shown with a "LIVE" label, so you can then just click on that one.

I don't know a way to create a single link that will always point to the current live video, but if someone does then please post!
