If you want to add all your channels on the one YouTube stream, all you have to do is go into OBS Studio and using the 'Source' button, just press the '+' to add another channel then enter your RTSP URL with the new channel ID you want added....as you add each channel, after about a min or so, the new channel then appears in the viewing screen along with your original channel.
You just have to adjust them to make them all fit nicely in the one screen then.
Actually, as you add these channels, they automatically update on your live stream which is already running on YouTube...if anyone is watching your stream on YouTube, they will suddenly see the second or subsequent screen appear...
