I'm not holding my breath (yes I am) but there is a possibility that there might be a second egg in the cup this morning. Meg spent an age covering and tidying this morning without getting fully off the cup until she was almost ready to go, leaving a definite one and maybe a threequarters covered second.
I shall more than likely have to wait until tomorrow morning to verify the situation.
