I think I'm going to give up on this....upped the buffer from 2mb to 14mb and then changed the bitrate up to 4000. Perhaps that was too high as it just crashed the programme. Time to call it a day I think. I'm better than I was this morning though...at least I know my RTSP link is correct and the YouTube is working fine, if I can just get it to actually stream at an acceptable level. Just can't work out why the image is so terribly crap. I didn't think my camera was a bad one??? What are other people using? Thanks Amanda for the assistance... I'll be at it again tomorrow I'm sure. It gives you a bit of mental stimulation during this lockdown I bet it will bug you! I am doing it from my camera’s rather than my NVR. I might see if I can do it from there. I don’t know if mine will be a bit different. I have no idea how it works with the BNC connectors. All my cameras are IP cameras. I have a Hilook NVR (it’s a rebadged Hikvision) I have hikvision cameras or Hi3516 which are the POE IP bird box cameras.
