Double click on the camera in the source box on OBS Studio
It brings up a menu and you can change the buffer, currently set on 2MB, it put mine of full whack for now. I had also changed the bitrate, made that a bit higher.
I’m not near my laptop at the minute, cooking tea, so I’m telling you by memory...... (at my age, it’s not very good!
