There has been a blue tit that has been in and out of the tree bird box for the past few days, lots of nest wriggles. There was a bit of a stand off with the great tits and the blue tits yesterday, they were fighting in the air and then dropped behind the fence, so I couldn’t see what they were doing. The female great tit roosted overnight.
The blue tit has brought material in to the tree bird box this lunchtime. The great tit has since been in nest doing nest wriggles, I’m not sure if it noticed the material. Interesting times.....
More material was brought in to the garage box this morning. I’m not sure if it is the same pair of blue tits in both boxes
