everybody for your kind messages. The doctor has increased the dosage of my meds from 20mg each night before bed to 50mg & have to test out for another few days before reporting back to him..... to increase or decrease them. Sleeping better on settee, but having headaches when I wake up now. Walking better for a short time at the moment.OK for food as our neighbour does it for us.
