Beautiful day...not a peep out of the birds. Officially getting fed up now..ha,ha,ha!! Why won't they perform for us!!! ha,ha!! 
Anyway, I'm thinking of building a wee willy wagtail box...as we've a few wagtails in our garden and as boredom is setting in I thought why not. Sure, they might take to it, or they might not, but it'll fill a few hours.
Also, just noticed my favourite online nature shop is still taking orders and doing deliveries, so might try ordering an artificial swallow nest to put on the shed - we get alot of swallows around these parts and they should be making their way over soon.
Edited to say - Change of plan!!! I'm going to make my own swallow box and a martin nest box....just found the instructions online - should be fun!!!
