Once you have downloaded, open your DVR (via your TV) to confirm that you have set up your p2p platform - sign in to your DVR, click on menu, configuration. On the left hand side, select network and then at the top select platform access and tick enable.

Ahhh you will also need to go into your router and port forward your camera ports.
If you let me know who provides your internet and the router model, I should be able to find a video on how to do it. This is if you want to view your cameras from your phone if you are away from your house (not an immediate issue at the minute)
Once it is al set up, it’s great.....it just takes timeGive me a shout if you need help, I’m sure you will have lots of questions, it took me hours and hours to learn about it.
An easy way is to follow this video, you can do it in your own time. You can also use iVMS-4500-4500 lite like in this video or Hik-Connect app.
