Hi Chrisp, good to see you. I do know it happens a lot with birds starting to build and then for some reason removing it. We are not sure why they do this but some think it’s when perhaps the timing is not quite right so they keep themselves interested and occupied. It’s as good a reason as I can give. If you look on ‘Greatbluehopeful’s thread you will see this is also happening for her. It looks as though they are just biding their time. Good luck and hope it all works out well for you.
