Hi ,everyone.
Very late joining you all this year , glad to see so much activity going on ,here’s hoping everyone will have a good spring and summer.
Was tempted to remove camera for this year after three successive years with nothing but drama.
Left it too late as we had a rooster in by October and thought oh well surely next time everything will be fine.
Well rooster has found himself a wife and nest building began in earnest a week or so ago. Trouble is ,masses of material brought in early morning but this last couple of days by evening it’s all disappeared again.
Both birds roosting at night female in corner and male up on the window sill . I know they do sometimes take out some of the nesting
stuff but to take almost everything out. 😩
I’m wondering if another female is stealing it. Has anyone had this happen ?
