So sorry to hear of the cat saga GBH - hope you can get that resolved by a rescue centre or the RSPCA, to everyone's satisfaction. Cats are certainly a worry where birds are concerned, but it is their basic instincts unfortunately and no matter how well you feed them, it won't stop them.
This cat seems as if it may well need checking over by a vet?
