Sammi like you say I think it will be a tall order to have two BT nests even though rooster is clearing the waste matter from it. Probably a GT or Sparrow they would tolerate but I think once the higher box couple get wind of it they will oust their own kind to protect the food supply; unless it's two females to one male like Paul had.
