Yesterday my wife posted the little clip above on Facebook and got an amazing response. Now her marketing business revolves around social media so we should not be that surprised as she has many friends because of that.. However, many respondents commented that they had passed it on to elderly relations and friends or others who were isolated who were delighted to see this. We have been inundated with pleas to continue posts of progress as the nesting continues. Hazel my wife has had over 300 likes and many comments!
People are looking for positive and heart warming stuff in these dark times so I would encourage all members with the ability to share small video clips to do so on Facebook or other social media for others to enjoy. We need good stuff to hearten downcast and worried folk and i believe we have something here that does just that!
You'll have to add in some David Attenborough style voice overs and everything !!
Yes, I even had a comment on my YouTube channel for yesterdays post about my bird removing the nesting material. I didn't think anyone was looking at my channel...now I have TWO followers since yesterday. I have become an influencer!!! ha,ha!!!
Yeah....People just love looking at these videos...there is something so pure and natural about watching these birds go about their business....something that probably hasn't changed much for them in centuries (apart from the fancy boxes and hi-tech cameras). We are giving people an insight into something very special indeed.
