A most frustrating couple of hours!!!
The camera in my Robin Kettle would not work and as I had a cheap old camera in there I took it out and tested it to find it was on the blink. So just before going away I ordered a refurbished Sony 700 one from Green Feathers. Just tested this and it did not work.
After half an hour of diagnostics I have come to the conclusion that one of the eight brand new cables I laboriously routed through house walls, under flagstones and along 5 metres of fencing is faulty
!!!.
Should have tested them all first!!!
So there is another couple of hours job which involves removing all the sealants in the house wall pipe and the one running under the flags. Luckily no flag lifting this time
