Thanks Pete I'll check them out. I've been looking at the eye bands of mine as I've noticed differences in individuals but not sure if it's a difference in sexes. I also see differences in the shape of the caps When they are nesting I can see colour differences especially in the cap but when they just pop in this time of year on their own they confuse me🤣🤣
