Thank you all.....I thought that the one that stayed in for a long time would have been the female, it was confusing as I thought the one with the white dot on its eye is the GT that roosts at night 
and it keeps the box clean. I will take a closer look tonight...

I have also had a visit from a blue tit in my newest box near the shed, I should have an LED light for this box in the next day or two
