It's not my day today Karen - I got a new W10 laptop last Thursday so checked all your messages where you posted videos from Twitter to see if I could see them on this new laptop. No - so now 3 of them all different versions, none of my settings changed on the latest one & still can't see them.
Unfortunately, I can't see what image you've just put on here now.
