Thanks Paul & Sue for your kind words. Apparently my password was taken as I was doing a small transaction and this is how the evil git picked it up as I entered it for the site (wrong time wrong place). As my computer is also used for our business I was very concerned as you can imagine but it is difficult to be ahead of the game no matter what you do. Paul I have a lot of pop-ups so know how you feel; bad as that was at least you managed to get your computer replaced. We now have additional Malware protection and up to now all seems okay. I checked with Fasthosts our server and they assured me that these criminals have a long way to go before they can get access to Fasthost data but it was wise to change all passwords used and not use two the same. Problem there is I have to write them down so as to remember them and there you have another potential hazard!! I was also told by the techno dept of Curry's that the people who sell all this protection software also make the malicious software where they send out viruses to capture your data when you are online, how true that is I don't know but it's scary meanwhile a lesson for all internet users I think.
