to all of you for trying to help with my problem & to answer you Paul - I use Firefox browser now & in the past with previous laptops (W98, W7). You're quite right Karen about me "liking" your videos on the original hedgehog forum, I remember them well, so I have just looked at the posts where I did that. Guess what - they aren't there anymore either!
The good news is that at least I know half of my problem now. When I did see all your videos, I was using W7 but since Monday, 13 January I've been using W10 so it looks as though the settings are different. Unless I can find out how to make flipping W10 let me see your videos again Karen, I shall have to forfeit watching them I'm afraid.
At least W10 hasn't stopped me from seeing the videos uploaded to YouTube.
