I only copy and paste videos from twitter as I havnt any clue how to post videos onto the forum any other way, the photos are easily done through post images. Paul recommended on doing this from twitter a long while ago and have been doing it for videos ever since, if there is any other way then I open to advice. 
I just checked back on the hedgehog forum, thats when I first tried it after I asked Paul how I could upload a video, I have posted videos on there from twitter and it appears from the comments they were seen by all viewing, so I dont no why they are not now?
