The drop down is for it to come with a "power plug" for £15.49 instead of £9.99 however you do not need the power plug.
This plug is basically the plug you already have your camera running on since the led runs off the camera power and you already have the 12v plug giving the camera the power you only need the led light itself which is £9.99
If you enter "GF10" in the discount code part at checkout too you'll save 10% and get it for £9 instead of £9.99
