Camera quality or nothing isn't affected by the led lighting, When it gets to dusk the led turns off (you have a sensor on the cable that you leave outside the box) when it turns off the cameras IR comes into play and camera works black and white like it normally would of a night.
Really bring out the colours in the bird, I still lose a little quality due to it not being set up to a recorder and still only filming my videos on my iphone from the screen.
However even with the little quality I do lose cause of this my videos and images still look good cause the boost the light gives it.
Birds don't seem to mind them to which is good!
I never thought I would be able to have lights in my boxes due to how hard it looked setting it all up so it was a god sent when I found these cause its simple.
