Karen, Do you think it could of been locked in someone's shed or something? I mean a 3 minute drink of water is long, Maybe it was in need of water because its not had access to it in a few days?
Just an idea.
Lastnight we had a new hedgehog show up, This will be our 8th or 9th within the last 2 months, I think its 8th but I don't know lost count at this point.
Was acting weird around the food would eat and drink then run out garden like it was wary, Always seem be case when a new one shows up, At first I thought maybe was out "big hog" who is always here but after looking at trail camera the big hog as far more fur on its side to point you can't see its face while its drinking the water
If you look at the two pictures below you'll see what I mean.
Our usual big hog might call him furry
New hog less fur and looks a little less "chubby"
They are pretty much same size in length but one does have way more fur, Going to be hard tell these two apart without the trail camera footage.
