Been a strange year Phil,
I have had a female blue tit bringing nest material in one of my boxes since August she roosts everynight and keeps it clean.
The last 2 days all my boxes are getting visits from blue tits, So alot activity I think they want roost places now.
Your video looks like a little blue tit at the hole to me but I could be wrong.
