Its pretty normal for the sparrows to be honest Sue,
They usually start nest building in February, I am guessing the female will start roosting again next month and nest building will start in feb again.
Blue tit on the other hand is strange one for me, She is still roosting every night no fresh material brought in but plenty daytime visits nest wriggles and stuff.
