Wonderful news Karen that you managed to put your new box up while Boulder was on vacation somewhere! 
However, I went cold when I read about all those earwigs you found in your old box. Like you, I hate them & think that's because as a nipper, I thought they tried to get into my ears - nobody told me that - I just assumed it from their name.
