That's interesting, I've never had a problem with that happening Benn, I always buy few sacks at a time during Summer, I go through 25kg every 2 weeks at the moment. Baby birds eating me out of house and home All feeders need filling daily Summer months always busy for my feeders, Between June, July, August, September I go through around 200KG of sunflower hearts Then Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May I only go through about around 150KG -200KG all them months, So Summer months is always double for me. Strange aswell because people think the birds don't need feeding during summer, I go through double the food during summer here. So all them sacks will only last me until sometime during August, They won't have time to spoil. During Autumn / Winter I do only buy sack at time because 20KG will last me the full month or just abit over a month during Autumn / Winter.
