for the good news that your two chicks fledged safely yesterday Meryl. Five chicks altogether this year is also good news seeing as it's been none from other members, including me.

Maybe your female is just resting overnight in your box after her ordeals & it's still cold & raining here, so maybe your weather is/was the same.
