It's a very sensible little bird, remembering that he/she can always find shelter in one of your boxes & it's nice, cozy & dry for a sleepover. 
Funny weather for June isn't it - even when it's dry, temps go up to 18 degrees then back down to 13 the day after, up & down like a yo-yo!
