Had a quick peep this evening - the nest still has 2 eggs in it and no sign of mum, which is very sad. We have left her alone since last looking when she was sitting (20 May) The nest is quite low and not as well hidden as they usually are - maybe she deserted or she has been got at. We have an excess of crows and jackdaws at the moment.
