Thank you for understanding how upsetting it can get,
Pleased to say the remaining one is doing great, He / she is now in our old parrot cage with natural tree branches etc from the garden.
Also feeding itself now from a bowl, I have bowl of mealworms/sunflower hearts and a bowl of water.
I ringed it today white ring and here's some pictures, Such a lovely little bird
minus the bald patch on its head that killer sparrow done
