Oh Kathy it is horrible to see them suddenly die. I know a couple of years ago I suddenly lost two or three chicks so close to fledging. Hard to understand the reasons are behind the losses. I'm on the start of the head counting, heart in mouth stage and I think I'm expecting losses will occur.
